I got to my narrative illustration class and was going to work on my project while my teacher did a demo but then he needed a tablet and for some reason I volunteered. Well ok gonna surf the internet now.
The Lone Bellow, Josephine Collective, Sleeping At Last, Gatsby’s American Dream, aaaannnnddd…. Acid Paradox. Just listing off the first ones that came to mind. lol
I have never heard of… any of these bands! The Lone Bellow is so wonderful! So calming. I have a “Finding Home” playlist where I put the most calming music I can find…I think a few of their songs will have to go on it! Also, I’ve been looking for a sound like Acid Paradox for a while! Groovin’ dub step aw yeahaaa! Thanks Anna!
I remember discovering Fever Ray one summer, and was completely in love for a couple months. I just pulled up Low Roar bc I’ve never heard of them….what one is this… Nobody Else….It’s pretty haunting. I’m for sure putting it on a song sketching playlist! Thanks dearie!
Oh gosh, I am DIGGING THIS BAND!! (Listing to The Hands That Thieve Album rn) I used to play in a Jazz band in high school, and am basically in love with Ska music. (I’m going to put them under Ska…I hope that’s alright. Ska isn….) Thanks so much for the recommendation!
